CyberPatriots

Practice is Monday-Wednesday 3:00PM-4:30PM

CyberPatriots is a national youth cyber education program created by the Air Force Association (AFA). The middle school level of CyberPatriots introduces students to the basics of cybersecurity through hands-on activities and competitions.

Students learn about topics such as computer security, networking, and system administration. They  engage in practical exercises that involve securing computer systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing solutions. The goal is to provide students with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

CyberPatriots teams compete to secure simulated computer systems against cyber threats. The competition not only tests their knowledge but also encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Participating in the CyberPatriots can be a valuable experience for students interested in technology and cybersecurity. It not only exposes them to a rapidly growing field but also instills important skills that are increasingly relevant in today's digital world.
